[lojban] What does pa roi as sumtcita do?

In writing la nicte cadzu, I found myself wanting to say "one time
in a hundred years". I ended up using "pa roi lo nanci be li pa no
no". Does this work? If not, why not?

Yes, that's exactly how I use it too.

Similarly, {pa re'u lo nanca be li pa no no} is "for the first

time in a hundred years".
