New open source license for LFE

I will be converting LFE to the Apache License 2.0 as of the next commit to 'master'. This should not result in any changes to users, it is not "copyleft" and has no new restrictions, but it is better written and more precise than the BSD one I have used so far. It is one of the standard open source license, see http://opensource.org/licenses. Hopefully this will not cause problems.
