google groups bugs

1. Chinese text search is broken. [1][5]-[7]
2. Sometimes randomly some Chinese posts are displayed as garbled code [2][3].
3. Not able to display embedded images in HTML posts in their original positions mixed in the text as gmail viewer does.
   
4. One user can rate a post multiple times.
5. Sometimes in the month based archive browsing mode, clicking some posts in the left sidebar can't locate it in the right side viewer frame.

googlegroups 中文检索不全[1][4]，有时候显示乱码，不能直接显示原样的 HTML，内嵌图片不能显示在原位，不如 gmail。gmail 中文检索也有些问题，但是比 googlegroups 好。googlegroups 中文乱码问题的一个例子：比如这个帖子，源码正常[2]，但是显示为乱码[3]，但是中文 Subject 一般显示正常。
