Welcome Atsuhiko Yamanaka to the Lift Committers

Folks,

I am pleased at announce that Atsuhiko Yamanaka has joined the Lift committers. He did some great Google App Engine work with Lift and has been making other enhancements to the Lift code base. Now he can roll his changes in at will.
