Justice Anthony Kennedy in the Supreme Court of the United States is expected to rule any day now on Noonan, Judd, MacLeran, a case filed by several presidential candidates seeking to stay certification of 55 electoral votes for Barack Obama due to fraud committed by Obama, due to his use of forged IDs, forged short form birth certificate, forged long form birth certificate, forged Selective Service certificate and a fraudulently obtained Connecticut Social Scurity number, which Obama is using in his tax returns and which was never assigned to him according to e-verify and SSNVS. (see PDF file below)
Additionally, a similar challenge was filed by Attorney Taitz on behalf of Presidential electors and Candidates against the Electoral College, Joseph Biden, in his capacity as a President of the Senate and against the U.S. Congress, seeking to enjoin those governmental bodies from certifying Obama due to his use of forged IDs and a fraudulently obtained Social Security number . This case Grinols et al v Electoral college et al is in front of the Chief Judge of the Eastern District of California Morrisson C. England (see docket below).
Additionally Attorney Taitz recently filed a notice of default in a case Taitz et al v Democratic Party et al 12-cv-280 Southern District of Mississippi. This is a RICO, Racketeering case related to Obama’s use of forged IDs. Commissioner of Social Security defaulted and Taitz is seeking a Default Judgment and post Judgment discovery, which includes a Motion to Compel release of a SS-5, application to CT SSN 042-68-4425, which was assigned to a resident of CT born in 1890, but which is being used by Obama.
Law abidding U.S. citizens are asked to support Attorney Orly Taitz and her clients in this David and Goliath battle to end the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency by a criminal with forged IDs and a fraudulently obtained Social Security number, as well as end corruption in the government and judiciary which allowed this crime of the Century to go on for four years.

While far left HuffPost loves to hate me and all the challenges against messiah Obama, they did publish the info on the hearing before Judge Charles Marginis, where Marginis originally made a statement that information about invalid voter registrations was obtained from the Internet and I corrected him by pointing out that I received the database CD from the Secretary of State Debrah Bowen (D). I received it as a candidate for the U.S. Senate. The database CD was given to two analysts: one is a Devry Computer science analyst, another former data analyst for NATO. Both came with the same results. Of course our lying members of the lap dog media only included the first sentence from the judge, but not an explanation and correction from me. Without the court records they felt they could go wild with misrepresentations.
Judge Marginis was simply looking for excuses to dismiss the case. Keep in mind, all the state judges are the product of the same rigged elections system. If the system is cleaned up, they might not be sitting in those positions for 10, 20, 30 years. Same goes for politicians. So, neither judges nor politicians, who are already in office, have any incentive to rock the boat. That is why elections fraud cases have to be heard by juries. Sadly, not one single judge in the country allowed any of the elections fraud cases go to the jury. I know some 45 attorneys and hundreds of pro se plaintiffs, who filed challenges against Obama. Let’s say I made an error in my pleadings or strategy here or there. People are not robots and might make a mistake, but you can’t believe that some 45 attorneys brought cases without merit. You can’t believe that a sheriff and multiple experts were wrong.
There was not one single expert who provided an opinion that Obama has a valid birth certificate, a valid Selective Service Certificate and a valid Connecticut Social security number. Obama never got any experts to support his documents because he has nothing but cheep forgery. Not one person ever testified that you can create a document on a type writer and have letters of different fonts, sizes and spaces between letters. Not one person can explain, how could it happen that we can have postal stamps with a 4 digit stamp for over 200 years, and the only document with a 2 digit year stamp is Obama’s application for Selective Service?
How could it happen that both E-Verify and SSNVS both state that Obama never got the Ct SSN that he is using on his tax returns?
What makes me extremely angry, is arrogance of Obama, arrogance of corrupt and treasonous judges, bureaucrats and media thugs, who treat each and every American citizen like a complete moron.
Are you angry yet? If you are, demand removing Obama from office, prosecuting him for fraud and use of forged IDs, prosecuting all of his accomplices for violation of Oath of Office, for denying us honest service, for systematic violation of our civil rights!

Our only true hope is what people of ability can do to press back against occupation committed in the example of Orly Taitz and willing to contribute whatever they can to help her move this issue forward in a national collaboration. You people know how this works. She needs money, and lots of it to keep going. She also needs a full time administrative assistant to keep her organized. The only miracle that’s going to present in a quality fight is if people will pony up. Lots of folks like her work, but realize it takes money to do this. Orly’s proven herself at her end exhausting her own resources and coming up too winded to carry this fight on our behalf without our support. This isn’t a $5 campaign carnival. It’s a sustained battle that needs sustained resources to make it work. Unlike the Fed whose fiat currency can buy your soul, this attorney’s soul need your REAL money to keep this going. Do this. A typical annual donation in these circumstances is $300. Some people donate $5 and say, “Here’s a burger on me. Go win for the US!” That’s not going to do it. There are about 25 bloggers following her work at this time. That’s $7500, which is about one months services for a full time well paid and resourced administrative assistant. It’s also about 5 hours per week if it has to be stretched over the entire year. She’s in the fight of OUR lives in defense of the Deceleration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights. $5 is all this is worth to you? Open up your pockets, people, and if anyone out there can get over and help her out send her an email. A string of bomb threats have been reported across the state this afternoon.
Threats have been reported in Lowndes, Hancock, Harrison, George, Jackson, Clay, Franklin, DeSoto, Claiborne, Jefferson, Choctaw and Itawamba. Some reports place the total number of threats at 20.
A deputy at the Lowndes County Sheriff Department stated the Department of Homeland Security is stepping in to help with the investigation. State Sen. Terry Brown, R-Columbus, confirmed DHS’s involvement, adding the FBI is also assisting in the investigation. Brown noted the threats appeared to be “computer generated” and are similar to a recent similar string of threats in Tennessee.
Gov. Phil Bryant’s spokesman Mick Bullock said, “Gov. Bryant is closely monitoring this situation and is meeting with law enforcement and emergency response officials.”
The threat at the Lowndes County Courthouse was cleared and downtown streets reopened around 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. According to reports on social media service Twitter, threats across the state are quickly being cleared as hoaxes.
