Script to convert ATF test suites to Kyua

Hello,

I have committed the kyuaify.sh script in r110 [1] which will allow
you to run existing atf test suites with the new kyua binary.

This script converts a bunch of Atffile files to Kyuafile files. It
is not very smart but it works well enough for the NetBSD test suite.
I presume that, for those doing atf experiments in FreeBSD, the script
may be helpful as well.

You can run the script like this:

$ kyuaify.sh /usr/tests

... which will wipe any existing Kyuafile in /usr/tests and create
new ones based on the installed Atffiles.

And then any of the following to enjoy the new tool :-)

$ cd /usr/tests && kyua test
$ kyua test -k /usr/tests/Kyuafile
