Мы посовещались, и я пишу :)

Сейчас семинар проходит так - презентующие отстрелялись и все
разошлись.
Может стоит подумать о расширении неформально-дружеской части -
больше перерыв, обсуждение после презентации, игры для взрослых типа
давай подискутируем на тему X и т.п. Вообщем, побольше общения с
профессиональным уклоном.

Думаю, хорошая задачка для организаторов...?

Согласен. Думаю стоит предоставить больше времени для вопросов/ответов
и дискусий чтобы присутствующим было больше пользы от обмена опытом.
Может даже стоит все таки сократить презентации до 2 но сохранить
время для демо, так как самим попробовать одно, а посмотреть как кто
то уже разобрался лучше, и сразу можно задать возникшие вопросы.

Hi,

First of all many thanks to Arkadi for the presentation. Both
presentation skills and content was on a good level. However we could
not fit the demo since he spent all 50 minutes we agreed on and we
were running out of time buffer. I believe that it is impossible to
fit both detailed explanation and a demo in 50 minutes. So either you
show the code and application during your talk or you simply show a
couple of screens after the talk, but it does not give listeners any
additional insight since there is no mapping to the code or design if
not explained additionally.

Completely agree that we need to have a technical discussion next
time, since it was seen that many people were interested in that
yesterday.

Let's make it this way, we will schedule time for discussion for the
next meeting. May be start with 15 minutes with ability for everyone
to tell his thought and share experience. And it is possible that we
will not have three full-time presentations planned, rather than that
have one long one and a few short ones as Denis did.

BTW after the official part we could go to somewhere for beer drinking
and unofficial networking. This could be announced on the event and
all who want to go could join.

We will have time for discussion on March event. If you have any
preferences on discussion format please post them here.
One option is to have additional Q/A session with all speakers and,
perhaps, giving time for attendees to express their thoughts as well,
not only questions.
