Does anyone know how old John is?  Seeing that he's been recording for 25 years, I think he's pushing 50.  Wikipedia didn't put his birthdate on his page.  Just wondering.
I'm also looking for "Rise".  I'm too cheap to buy the import.  Googling (this is a Google group , so it's OK to say that here!) "Asia Rise mp3" would only get me unrelated hits, as the terms are too generic.
I'll get the new album if it's on emusic or iTunes.

Never mind.  Turns out he was born 29 September 1958 in Luton, Bedfordshire, England.  German Wikipedia had the date.  I added it to the English one.

Oh well done you!!! anyone reading "The Heat Goes On" by David Gallant or talking to the man himself will know that the information has been in the public domain for years. But as I said, does it really matter???
