Joomla 2.x, Jomsocial 2.6.x and Flowplayer 5.3.x

Hello All,

I'm having a bit of a time getting Flowplayer commercial to display in a Joomla/Jomsocial based site.

I can get it working in a basic Joomla/Gantry/No Jomsocial/ install if I disable mootools with a plugin, InterExt, for that particular page. Unfortunately disabling mootools isn't an option cause the template being used dies without it.

What happens is you get a flash of the player then the entire site gets reloaded within the page, http://musa.ituldev.com/index.php?option=com_jsarchive&view=archive&task=passthrough. I've seen the reloaded plugin thread, http://flowplayer.org/forum/#!/moot/3520, but that produces the same result.

I've been testing on a localhost site with the code supplied in this page http://flowplayer.org/standalone/skins/minimal.html and an article but as I've said it only seems to work if I disable mootools with the InterExt plugin.

I've tried jQuery.noConflict() with no joy. I just can't seem to find the conflict.

Anyone have any success getting these three to play nice together without disabling mootools.

FYI,
I've also seen various proof of concepts around the web thanks to the magic of Google searches but none with joomla.

So I think it should be fine to have them both but no joy in my case.
