Dear USJ Residents,
 
Please be aware that even though your house is secured and protected by alarm system the house is still not safe.  The robbers came in  from the roof and access thru the manhole at the master bedroom.  Even though the alarm have been triggered, one or two robbers went inside the house to locate the alarm control panel.  Unfortunately, they could not locate it, but they manage to disable the siren unit inside the house.  They also did not locate the main door and back door keys, so they have to leave abruptly from the roof.
 
What we see here are desperate robbers taking high risk of being caught.  I was told by the police that this is now the modus operandi of robbers by accessing your house from the roof.  The time of this incident was approximately 11.30am in the morning when most people has gone to work.
 
So please careful if your alarm system goes off, do not enter your house immediately otherwise you may find the robbers still inside.

 last night's around 8pm,  there was this incident at my house in Lorong Rahim Kajai 5, there is this guy ( wearing a sarong and white kopiah) jumped over the fence and headed for our front door, while I was watching TV inside  the house... Hearing some clicking sound, I pull the curtain ajar and saw him leaving, climbing over the fence to get out . Shouted at him and he replied "salah rumah".....
 
Funny thing, he could have have press the doorbell if he is looking for someone instead of climbing the fence.....trespassing someone house....

May I know whose hse and the resident's name. I dont want to suspect those going to the mosque as the intruder. "salah rumah"!!! not possible. And at 8pm probably the mosque goers were otw to Ghufran mosque so y is the intruder climbing over the fence of your hse?
 
Plse make police report as a precaution.

Hi all Residents of TTDI esp RK and AB area,
 
This morning OCPD of TTDI has instructed all G&G areas in TTDI to remove barricades and cones except for TTDI Hills (why double std..just because a minister resides there?). The instruction was due to a complaint made by a resident who I believe the one who wrote to the Star against G&G.
 
I am flabbergasted. Why such a noble effort to safeguard our community has met with this kind of retaliation? Could he/she ensure our safety when the Police could not.....
 
I am posting this to seek assistance from residents who can help in obtaining quick approvals from the authorities to G&G our area. I hope Datuk Raja Nong Chik reads this.
 
JDS group has gone to the Police and I am going to see the OCPD hopefully today to lodge a complaint as well.

Oh dear! This doesn't look very good. If the OCPD instructs us to remove the G&G barricades, can we instruct him (we pay his salary, remember) to increase police presence in TTDI? That was the main reason we started this project in the first place.

One suggestion is to get reporters to write on the situation. Let the OCPD reply to the press. Another is to file a law suite against the OCPD for failure to protect and safeguard the residents and their properties. The 3rd option - you are already seeing the OCPD but get company of MP and other "influential" people to be present; going alone will be in vain.

To all those who have influence , PLEASE GET SOMEONE INFLUENTIAL TO HELP
US , as we are fighting a losing battle against a few self centered
individuals who does not care about the safety of all our families and
loved ones. Can the Police also ask those in Ampang, Damansara, Taman
Megah and elsewhere in KL & PJ to dsmantle the barricade as well. Why only
TTDI, when every other housing estates are doing the same. Is it not that
the Prime Minister encourage us help the police improve the the security

It's no use to go with votes now.
It looks like someone who has influence on the OCPD has gotten him to act rashly.
I'm surprised, because from the feedback that we have been hearing, the Polis at TTDI are more than happy to see us do the G&G scheme. We are helping them to cut down crime and they can achieve their KPI.


What the Pro-scheme people must do now is to find the person who has the most influence on the OCPD, and get him to reverse his decision.

I hate to say this for Malaysians, it looks like somethings never change.
They say "It's Who You Know" that counts in Malaysia.

I am staying at LRK too, and I find this decision totally unfair.  This OCPD should consider what the majority feels and not based on one resident's complaint.  It's also unfair to consider just the TTDI Hill, yes, what a double standard.
