What is dispo officer in T24, and how it works? and how i can use
this?

Dispo Officer is part of SMS in T24.  T24 forwards applicable transactions to this officer for authorisation or comments.

 

For a clear example, it is an authorising officer that is called dispo officer.  T24 would forward automatically transactions to them for authorisation.  As an example, consider the setting below in T24:

 

Dispo Officer A can authorise Overdraft amount less than £2,000

Dispo Officer B can authorise Overdraft amount between £2,001 and £10,000

Dispo Officer C can authorise Overdraft amount above £10,000

 

Therefore, if an overdraft amount of £9,000 then resulted from a transaction.  T24 will automatically forward it to Dispo officer B who has the power to authorise it.

 

T24 manual would give you enough material on this. Specifically, look for material on Security Management System.  This manual talks much about Dispo System.
