The Institute of Education (IOE) at the University of the South Pacific manages NOPE as part of the Re-thinking Pacific Education Initiative by Pacific People for Pacific People project (RPEIPP)and the Pacific Regional Initiative for the Delivery of basic Education (PRIDE) Project.
