The only reason I'm asking is because the setup file is around 1.5
gigs and I have a REALLY slow download speed (like 50-65 kb) and I
don't want to find out it doesn't work....

From my understanding, the video card requirements needs this:

D3D 9.0a, Pixel Shader 2.a, Vertex Shader 2.a
So it should work right?

Yes, you can. I am a closed beta tester of FIFA Online, and I have the following system and can play it easily and smoothly (it is even smoother than FIFA 10) :

Intel P4 2.4 gHz
1 GB RAM
Intel G945 Desktop Controller
