WIN 7 GAME LIST

In order to promote the use of WINDOWS 7 i need help to construct a
list of games that run under WIN7+MD it will be useful to encourage
those who havent upgraded OS yet.

Remember as representation of the BRAVO TEAM we wont realese 945 & 965
MDs except for WINDOWS 7, each modder has the rights to release
whatever they want but as team we wont make it :)

the idea is to make a list of those games that run well under WIN7,
but are unplayable or simply wont run under XP or VISTA for all of the
WIN7 users to help us choose and non WIN7 users to encourage em to
evolve :D

im gonna buy some games this weekend and see if it's playable, im gambling to try it and hope it will work, for the sake of 9xxssf research ^^

this include (which i think theoretically works with win7 MD v1.0,v1.1 or the v1.2 beta)

Hmm, this is sort of random but Halo 2 is a Vista only game, as the
title is Halo 2 For WIndows Vista, but would it run on Windows 7
without modification i wonder :p

Also along the lines of Halo 2 talk, I wonder if the tool Many6
released (the DXTweaker) would make it run...

Portal works, although you have to set the funnel rendering depth quite low other wise your fps dips that low it starts licking your shoes. Also all of the Age of empires series. Oblivion. Morrowind. CS:S.

Hmmm that reminded me, I have to try fable tlc out on my laptop to see how it runs.

It runs quite good with the addgame.reg, u get more fps, but there
sometimes appear problems with the textures.
But in overall its running good with effects quality and texture
detail set to max, and shadows with mesh detail to lowest.

Awesome I used to love playing it on my really old 865gm and even more on my slightly less old 6200gt. Due you get the weird white land texture artifact if mesh is set to anything higher than lowest? cause one of my friends who has a 945 said he used to get it on xp, although I'm with win 7.

Another thing, if u use addgame.reg you get about +5 fps, but u also
get these:

But i suggest you use addgame.reg, cause without it the fps is worse
even with all lowest settings.

lol, ive been wondering bout that my self, as win7 is relatively an upgraded vista, so there's a chance that i would run...hmm, if i remember correctly, is requires shader model 2 right? i think im gonna download a demo if i can find 1..

I pirated them both at one point while on windows 7 64bit, even though
i dont have much ram, and undercover and shift ran for me with
3danalyzer help. Used it to force low shaders.

Well I just tested on X3100:

Halo 2 works out of the box
TOCA 3 same as halo 2.
Starcraft some trash graphics it's a bug, but it's playable I think.

Plants vs Zombies also works.
