Blank page when printing from SAP

I know this question has cropped up a couple of times recently, but no-one seems
to have mentioned getting a blank page when using SAP R/3.

The page comes out after each print. If we print to say a Jet Direct card, we get
a banner page, which can be disabled.

Anyone any ideas?
