W. Grandis is mot matching with the elevation as well as flowering 

period.

Two Wendlandia is listed in  the Kathmnandu Valley according to the Flora of Kathmandu Valley of which Wendlandia puberula DC. looks more close to th specimen.

Your opinion please Mr. Garg !
