I think the Brassicaceae family....


Photos prises le 14/04/2016 à 3500met. sur la commune de Bhatwari, Uttarakhand, Inde. 

What is the genus and if possible the species?

Leaves are not distinct . However, could it be Barbarea intermedia ??

I think impossible to ID this plant because default details ( fruit, leaves...)

I have never seen such long pedicels in any species of Barbarea, plus inflorescence is typical Brassica type, may be early flowering B. rapa.
