The clevetia plant, can it be multiplied via cuttings?

 Yes .   Not by cuttings.  But by dividing  the  clumps  from well grown plants. Very easy process. 

To divide clivia, remove the mother plant carefully from the pot, and shake off the excess soil to better see the divisions. Use a sharp knife to cut the clumps apart or untangle them, prying them apart with your fingers. Digging up outdoor clivia is more difficult as the root zone may spread up to 3 feet in diameter. The best way to divide outdoor plants it to take a 6- to 12-inch section. You can use a hand trowel to scrape the soil away until you see roots. Cut a section of the plant off with the trowel, avoiding disturbing the roots as much as possible. This section can be divided and replanted.
