Small plant for ID :: Delhi, Dec 2018 :: ARK2019-10

Saw this small plant in the Sunder Nursery, Delhi in Dec 2018. These plants may have been weeds, they were not potted and were growing near areas where water was collected.

Requested to please provide ID.
