Yellow flowers seen growing in the garden. 
Couldn't check the leaves.
Some other plant was growing below it.

Guess I have found the id.
Had mistaken the leaves below to be another plant.
They belong to the same plant.
Farfugium japonicum 'Jitsuko's Star' or Farfugium japonicum 'Yaezaki'.
Common name Double-Flowered Leopard Plant.
Adding pictures of the leaves.
