To me it appears more as Lindernia crustacea (L.) F. Muell. Very
common in Arunachal Pradesh.

A few links of Lindernia crustacea:
 
But upper lip doesn't look like two lobed though other things appear to match.

But certainly it doesn't look like Lindernia grandiflora as per links:

Dear Gargji,

Thanks for pointing out the variation. I am not sure but the upper lip character seems to be variable..

According to Flora of China .........upper lip ovate, sometimes shallowly 2-lobed.

Shall wait for other comments.

the calyx is clearly winged, I would go with Torenia, possibly T. asiatica
