Plant growing in garden of the college.a
Cultivated, shrub, 3-4 feet, flowering in may. It may be Joosia umbellfera ?
Kindly identify.

I suspect Cestrum sp., close up of flower focussing on calyx should help

... unless there is any other close species, this could be native of tropical Americas, Cestrum diurnum, commonly known as: China Berry, day jasmine, inkberry, white chocolate jasmine.
Popularly known as din ka raja (Hindi: दिन का राजा)
