I will go with Verbena tenuisecta syn. of Verbena aristigera S.Moore as per details in The Genus Glandularia (Verbenaceae) in Brazil- December 2016 Annals of the Missouri Botanical Garden 101(4):699-749- Nataly O'Leary & Verônica Aydos Thode.
It is also mentioned in Flora of Peninsular india as Verbena tenuisecta and Flora of Pakistan
Glandularia pulchella (Sweet) Tronc. syn. Glandularia tenera (Spreng.) Cabrera is slightly different as per per details in The Genus Glandularia (Verbenaceae) in Brazil- December 2016 Annals of the Missouri Botanical Garden 101(4):699-749- Nataly O'Leary & Verônica Aydos Thode and appears to have been confused due to its closeness with Verbena tenuisecta syn. of Verbena aristigera S.Moore. Also there is no mention of it in Flora of Pakistan.

However in another thread, Garg ji has responded as following for the above posted pant:
I will go with Verbena tenuisecta syn. of Verbena aristigera S.Moore (for the 1st image) as per details in The Genus Glandularia (Verbenaceae) in Brazil- December 2016 Annals of the Missouri Botanical Garden 101(4):699-749- Nataly O'Leary & Verônica Aydos Thode.

And I have revised my notes accordingly.

Regards.
