Height, Length. 2.5’
Leaves Type, Shape, Size

Fruits Type, Shape, Size Seeds
Other Information like Frangrance, Pollinator, Uses.

Yes I think Selva is correct this is Cynoglossum zeylanicum
(Check the spelling)

... me too believe it to be Cynoglossum zeylanicum, current name is Cynoglossum furcatum (syn. Anchusa zeylanica, Cynoglossum coeruleum, Cynoglossum zeylanicum, Echinospermum zeylanicum, Myosotis zeylanica, Rochelia zeylanica) ... is commonly known as: Ceylon forget-me-not, Ceylon hound's tongue • Hindi: andhahuli • Marathi: लिचर्डी lichardi • Nepalese: कनिके कुरो kanike kuro • Tamil: picinottarai • Telugu: kada anthrinta • Tibetan: tapa
