Dear Gargji,

Do you have some more photographs with basal leaves?

Most probably it is Polygonum microcephalum D. Don (Polygonaceae).

I have only this picture & no picture showing basal leaves.

Polygonum species.  But does not look like P. microcephalum.  One more doubt.  The third picture looks different from the first two.
