Location: On route to Hampta Pass (Around 12500ft altitude), Manali region
Habitat: Wild

I Had seen similar plant in Spiti last year which was IDed as Rheum australe but I think that is also Oxyria digyna. Will post that again in a separate mail.
It is interesting to note so many Polygonaceae members from Himalayan region
