 Is this Ochna serrulata ? please confirm

The plant was clicked at Chandigarh today i.e. on 2nd July, 2011, at around 12:00

the leaves are with serrate margins....

flowers fragrant....

Dear H.S. / Mahadeswara ji,

Ochna obtusata & Ochna wightiana are the only two Ochna species listed
in FOI database. Ochna serrulata is not listed here. The flower in
question matches O. obtusata of FOI (accd. to me).

Ochna obtusata DC & Ochna serrulata (Hochst.) Walp. are both valid
names in ars-grin database. GRIN says Ochna serrulata is (native)
distributed in Africa and lists geographic distribution of Ochna
obtusata as Indian sub-continent.

Your inputs please.

It rather appears more closer to images at Ochna gamblei King ex Brandis

But somebody must have planted it from down south or from where ever it is having the range etc.
