Taken at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Peradeniya, Kandy, Sri Lanka on

Looks like some Amaryllidaceae member.... Agapanthus??

Hi Ritesh, i guess your second option would be for a Cyperus sp.

It was just a guess.....Neither leaves nor the flowers can be seen in
these photographs.

Anyway...whats ur opinion on this plant?

I think it is an ornamental Cyperus, most probably Cyperus isocladus.
