sir i've problem with uploading my photos to the group
how can i reduce the size of photo wiithout loosing details?

I use the software 'easy thumbnails'. This is very helpful in resizing bulk pictures within no time. Image size can be adjusted depend on the need. This can be downloaded for free from this link: http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/
