     kindly identify this plant

Date/time:nov 10

Location:mulshi,3000ft. above sealevel

Habitat:wild

Plant habit-tree/shrub/climber/herb:tree

Height/length:about 4ft.

Leave type/shape/size:---

Fruits-type/shape/size/seeds

Other information-fragrance/pollinator uses etc:.there are galls on the leaves I suppose.these galls are prominently on this plant I have observed.
