Hi Mohina,
  It is not Ailanthus exelca [Tree of Heaven / Maha Neem / Maharukh]. It could be a Neem tree [Azardirachta indica].

Actually, I too thought the habit of tree did not look like that of Ailanthus
excelsa which does not look so bushy.
