If three thorns, with one is curve and stem is yellowish bark...then please check with Acacia senegal..In our area locally called Gorad and Khair also.

Looks like Acacia to me too, but never seen catechu flowering without
leaves!!

More likely to be Acacia catechu (looking at the thorns). But not confident without leaves.
