Request Botanical & Common ID of this Wild Flower-
Date/Time - Over the past one week/evening-around 5pm
Location - Bangalore - building compound
Habitat - Wild
Plant Habit - Tall shrub
Ht - 21/2 '
Flower size - 1cm

I think in this case I will go with Vijaya Ji, Crassocephalum crepidioides

Yes Vijayasankar ji may be right. One can see a dark tipped smaller bracts at the base of larger inner whorl of involucre bracts.  Crassocephalum crepidioides a better choice.

yes Crassocephalum crepidioides, an American weed, whereas Gynura bicolor is very distinct from this.
