This is my first post to this group.
Last October, we had a trip to Uttaranchal - Mayabati Ashrama and Shyamlatal. The pics are from that location - height 5000-6000 ft.
The tree found on mountain trail - white flowers reminds pears flowers and fruits round, small, less than 1 inch dia.

Is it some species of Cotoneaster ???
