A small herb growing in marshy areas. 6-10 inches in height. Pune Near CME lake
Whorled leaves are seen.
Flowers less than a cm. Most of them were not open (10 A.M.) White externally. Inside with beautiful violet design.

I think it is Limnophila indica (Scrophulariaceae).

I had posted this aquatic herb on the forum earlier. It was IDed as Limnophila indica.
Can it be Limnophila aquatica or is it Limnophila indica?
The leaves are in favour of L. aquatica but size of the flower is small and goes in favour of L. indica.

This should be Limnophila indica (L.) Druce only as per images and details herein.
