Begonia Phrixophylla, a rare herb.   http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Shimpli.html

Stout bristles in the leaf, Light rose flowers, unequal heart shaped leaves, two circular, concave sepals and two ovate petals points to Begonia Phrixophylla.  . Hope the ID is correct

Apsara Konda (Falls), Kumta, Uttara Kannada

Height 40cms

Leaves - elliptic and ovate, 18 cms, 

Flower-light rose, 

Location: Apsara konda Falls, Near to Apsara konda beach, Fringes of Western ghats.
