A plant with thorns on the leaves... reminded me of a Harry Potter movie
where there is such a plant...

Altitude 2100 mts
Habit herb
Habitat wild
Plant Height 16-18 inches

I think Solanum viarum
S. virginianum (syn: S.xanthocarpum) has larger blusish-purple flowers, glabrous upper leaf surface and longer straight prickles.
