yes, flowers look like jatropha... quite common in calcutta and
vicinity... but could not place the leaves...
now that neil ji has named it... i am easy...

Yes Jatropha panduraefolia, now correctly known as Jatropha integerrima Jacq., other synonyms being J. hastata Jacq., J. acuminata Desr. and J. coccinea Link

Common names: Spicy jatropha; Peregrina
