Gauzuma ulmifolia. Photos taken in Chennai on 29.7.2006. Medium sized tree. Thenpuchi in Tamil. Very common in Chennai. wild as well as cultivated.

Yes, common in Delhi also. The fruits bear resemblance to Rudraksh.
