Rubiaceae for id 120810MK2

Dear all,
Please help to resolve this id. Flowers resemble me of Pavetta species. Could this be P.indica or any variety of it?
Kindly suggest me any of the earlier conversation regarding this species in our group.

Location- Place, Altitude, GPS- 

Satyamangalam RF;ca. 400msl; TN

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- 

riparian; on shade

Plant Habit-

Unarmed shrub

Height/Length- 

Up to 2 metre

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size- 

20 x 6cm

Inflorescence Type/ Size- 

thryse

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts- 

white; ca.1cm across; stigma exerted

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds- 

berry

Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.-

looks like `ix0ra nigrican--Kat-kuda in marathi.

In Pavetta  the flowers are strongly scented.
