Hi,

Euphorbia fusiformis [E.acaulis] locally called Sista was fruiting on my property last Sunday. Sending a few photographs. The photographs of the plants were taken between June- August last year, while flowering occurred in April ’08.

                          With regards,

                             Neil Soares.

P.S. – Members of the Bombay Botany Group who were with Dr. Almeida in Mahabaleshwar will remember seeing this plant as succulent, large red leaves lying flat on the grass in the meadows between Wilson Point and Lingmalla Waterfall on the 17th of November 2001.

                                       N.
