Most probably I assume this to be Ceriscoides turgida.(Syn Gardenia turgida) from Rubiaceae.
I do not have any other features for confirmation. The tree was leafless.

It looks like catunaregum spinosa.Initialy fls are white ,later turns
into yellow colour.
