Strange behaviour of Pongam

Hi,
Many of the Pongam trees on Indira Nagar 1st Avenue (Adyar, Chennai) are flowering now and with yesterday's cyclonic winds one tree seems to have disgorged all its seeds as well.
I thought Pongam flowering season was March to June?
Has anyone else observed this?

In Mumbai area, the flowering season is from April.
