Shrub 7 for identification

Hello
This image was clicked in Chennai, South India in a shrub jungle. It was single big shrub - about 7-8 feet in height. There were many insects on the inflorescence. For ID please.

Looks like Pavetta sp of Rubiaceae.

I couldn't zoom in the pictures hence difficult for me to come to a
conclusion.

Can you send a few more photographs (not cropped) depicting clearly
the foliage and nature of flowers for proper identification.
