It looks like Karvi to me too but wanted to confirm because of the flower size.
It does resemble karvi images in the following link;

To me it appears like Strobilanthes ixiocephalus syn. Thelepaepale ixiocephala (sky blue karvy, bit karvi, patri).

Hi Mr. Garg & Tejal,
   I had in the recent past identified a photograph of Kiran's as Thelepaepale ixiocephala [Strobilanthus ixiocephala]. It may be remembered that at that time I had stated that Dr. Almeida always refers to it as 'the small flower with the big name'. The plant is about one to one and a half ft. high [max.1mt] with flowers about an inch in diameter [ roughly 1/3 the size of Karvi flowers]. 
   In view of the above, I feel that Tejal's plant is also Karvi. [ The data-base on T.ixiocephala also appears to be flawed].
 Sending photographs of Kiran's plant and Tejal's plant for comparison.

As per Shrikant ji's book (p. 66 FOS), it (Tejal ji's picture & other posts earlier) appears to be Strobilanthes ixiocephalus syn. Thelepaepale ixiocephala (sky blue karvy, bit karvi, patri) only. 
As lot of other Ids have been made in the past as Strobilanthes ixiocephalus syn. Thelepaepale ixiocephala, may I request  Shubhada ji, Kiran ji, Dinesh ji, Tejal ji & others to give their views to sort out the Id.

I believe Tejal's photo shows Strobilanthes ixiocephalus (syn. Thelepaepale ixiocephala).

 Spent a morning with Dr.Almeida.  

1.Tejal's photograph is indeed Thelepaepale.
2.Kiran's picture is Hyptis suaveolens.
