Syn: Malva parviflora var. microcarpa (Pers.) Loscos
Prostrate herb with 1-5 cm long orbicular, 3-7 angular leaves, cordate at base; stipules 2-4 mm long; flowers solitary or paired in axils; pedicel 3-6 mm long, elongating to 2 cm in fruit; epicalyx segments linear, 3-4 mm long; calyx scarcely enlarged in fruit; petals almost as long as sepals, white or with pinkish tips; fruit with 9-10 obscurely reticulate mericarps.
