Canna may be Canna hybrida as cultivated in many beautiful colours & varieties in Bot. Garden, Kolkata in a small park.

the second one can be some Gladiolus
the third one looks like California poppy (Eschscholzia californica), comes in various colors from white, pale yellow to orange.
