This plant looks very close to Spermadictyon suaveolens Syn.

This may be a climber twining on a shrub. If the leaves are less than
5 cm and flowers less than 1 cm then this can be Jacquemontia
paniculata of Convolvulaceae. Regards, Shrikant

I think this is indeed a Rubiaceae species, though I am not sure about
the species.
My thoughts are based on opposite leaves, interpetiolar stipules and
inferior ovary with persistent calyx.
