Another Asteraceae member for ID.

Date/Time-

Location- Place, Altitude, GPS-

 

Roadside Pune

Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type-

 

Wild

Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb-

Height/Length-

 

2 feet  height

Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size-

 

Lower leaves lobed encircling stem. Alternate Crenate Serrate

Inflorescence Type/ Size-

 

As in picture

Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts-

 

1.5cm bright yellow .  

 

Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds-

 

Not observed

This herb is more likely to be Sonchus oleraceus L. (Annual Sow-Thistle).
The leaves in S. asper are glossy, with spiny margins .
