this subcontinent?

I found recent reports from Nepal...
but no historical paper...

Stems erect, not rooting at nodes; leaves linear-oblong, sessile; flowers solitary, axillary; corolla less than 6 mm long; Marshy herbs with blue flowers. A weed of paddy fields - Mysore Flora -Rao & Razi & Tamilnadu carnatic -KM Matthew.

You are well aware how the posts are added their.
These are added based on inputs in a particular thread.
It is quite possible "I fail to understand how can all plants in the attached pdf be same."- If you have any doubts about any posts you are pointing that out & I am trying to resurface it for better inputs & placing the thread at some other appropriate place.
That is how our efi site has evolved.
